Grace Gilberg has been the owner of Waystone Coffee since September 2024. She loves to share her passion for coffee, cooking and baking with her customers. She’s committed to quality ingredients and supporting local.  In her free time she likes to knit, read, play DnD, travel to Lake Superior, and watch silly, dark tv shows with her family.  You’ll find her at Waystone most mornings trying to find time to drink her latte.
